Lea Michele and Lauren Conrad aren’t afraid of showing some skin — even though it may not “thrill” their fathers.

Lea, 25, recently showed off her fit frame while on vacation in Cabo, Maxico, with her Glee beau and co-star Cory Monteith, while Lauren, 26, just stripped down for Glamour magazine.

So how do they get their amazing bodies? The pair revealed their “life changing” secret to Celebuzz at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, Calif. at the weekend.

But Lea Michele and her boyfriend Theo Stockman have been reunited during a romantic holiday in tropical Hawaii.

Emerging from the crystal blue waters, the 24-year-old Glee actress showed off her trim and toned bikini body in a tiny strapless blue and black striped two-piece this week.

The tiny swimsuit accentuated the actress’ slim figure and deep tan.

Her 26-year-old boyfriend donned plaid swimming trucks for their dip in the ocean.

Michele has clearly been relaxed during her well-deserved break on the tropical island.
