Watch out, Angelina Jolie! Lea Michele has successfully conquered Broadway and TV, and now she’s ready to dominate with action films. HollywoodLife.com caught up with the 25-year-old Glee star at Variety’s 3rd Annual Power of Women Luncheon in Beverly Hills Sept. 23 and asked her if she’d ever want to wield a gun and be an action star.

Glee star Lea Michele has said she would like to see more of her character’s family life – including her two gay dads – featured on the show.

The show is about to return for its third series – beginning on Sky One on September 22 – and there have been hints that Rachel Berry’s parents might finally make an appearance.

“I have been begging Ryan Murphy for so long and asking when it’s going to happen,” Lea said.

“He just keeps saying ‘I don’t know’. I would love that – I’ll keep my fingers crossed!”
